At BAGTRIX, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

  • Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Item(s) must include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and inserts.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Currently, BAGTRIX does not designate any products as final sale, so most items are eligible for return as long as they meet the conditions above.

  • BAGTRIX reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping is free.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • A prepaid return label will be provided once your return is approved.

How to Start a Return

To start a return:

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible), affix the return label, and drop the package off with the indicated carrier.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification that your return has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees originally paid at checkout (if any) are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective or damaged product on arrival).

Exchanges

  • At this time, BAGTRIX does not process direct item‑for‑item exchanges.

  • If you would like a different color, size, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@BAGTRIX.Shop or +1 (628) 281‑6100 with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • If verified, BAGTRIX will provide a replacement or full refund and cover all shipping costs.

International Orders

  • Returns are accepted for international orders under the same 30‑day policy and item‑condition requirements.

  • BAGTRIX currently offers free return shipping for eligible international returns as well.

  • Duties and taxes paid at checkout or upon import may be non‑refundable, depending on local regulations and your customs authority.
